Product
Are ODAAT products restocked?
Most ODAAT releases are produced in limited quantities. Once a piece sells out it may not return. Occasionally we revisit certain garments in future collections with updated materials or refinements.
My size is sold out. How can I be notified of a restock?
Select the color and size you’re interested in, then click “Notify Me of Restock” to join the waitlist.
Enter your email, and you’ll be notified if that item is available again.
Are all ODAAT products made with organic materials?
All of our core garments—like tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts—are made from 100% organic cotton.
Some specialty products, like hats and accessories, use alternative premium materials chosen for durability, comfort, and construction.
Are there any special care instructions for your products?
Please follow the care instructions on the garment label. We generally recommend washing cold and hang drying to help preserve color and maintain the garment’s shape.
What size should I buy?
Fit varies slightly by product. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements.
Shipping & Returns
When Will My Order Ship?
Our items currently ship within 1-2 business days.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery.
What's Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Size Exchanges:
Accepted within 14 days. We offer one complimentary size exchange per order and will cover return shipping for the first size swap.
Standard Returns:
A $10 return shipping fee applies to refunds.
Hats:
Hats are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. If the hat is returned in new condition, we can offer store credit for the purchase price (minus shipping).
Final Sale Items:
Limited releases or discounted items may also be marked final sale.

What if I Didn’t Receive My Package?
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items—including porch theft.
We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office. If nothing turns up, we can help you file a missing mail claim and provide documentation to support your case.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We currently offer shipping to customers located in North America, South America, Europe, Oceana and Asia.
For international shipments outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, for which you, the recipient, are responsible. ODAAT Apparel does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Which Carriers Do You Use For Shipping?
We use most major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Why are releases produced in small quantities?
Each release is developed through multiple rounds of material selection and fit refinement. Producing smaller runs allows us to maintain quality and improve the garments over time rather than mass-producing large quantities.
Where are ODAAT products made?
Our garments are produced by carefully selected manufacturing partners. Many of our pieces are made in Portugal, where we work with factories known for high-quality knitwear and garment construction.
