Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

When Will My Order Ship?

Our items are made to order and currently ship within 2-3 business days (sometimes sooner).

Can I Track My Order?

When you successfully place an order, you will promptly receive an email confirmation that includes your unique order number. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information via email. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to fully update, so we appreciate your patience during this process.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We currently offer shipping to customers located in North America, South America, Europe, Oceana and Asia.

For international shipments outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, for which you, the recipient, are responsible. ODAAT Apparel does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Which Carriers Do You Use For Shipping?

We use most major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What's Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Each item is made to order, ensuring a unique product crafted specifically for you. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Size exchanges are also accepted within 7 days of receipt under the same conditions. Please note that returns and exchanges are at your expense.

Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are here to address any concerns or issues you may encounter. 

Please Note for Hats: Due to hygiene and quality considerations, all hat purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are here to assist with any questions before you place your order, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your choice.
